Arranging an appointment is easy – please book directly using the booking calendar above (registration to our secure encrypted service is quick) or contact my medical secretary, Elizabeth, at info@drmikeskelton.co.uk or via our Contact form, or simply call directly on 01332 916 720.  Please note that we return phone calls and emails in the evening from 7-9pm. Please note that we are closed at the weekend.  Dr Skelton is happy to help patients with routine issues that arise during treatment.  However, Dr Skelton’s ADHD service is not a crisis service; for medical emergencies please contact your GP or 111 or as appropriate your local Crisis team or Accident and Emergency.

I offer both face to face as well as online appointments. If you are not sure which is best for you, I advise the initial appointment is best done face to face, but am happy to discuss with you whether or not online may be suitable also.

My clinic is situated at Four18 Wellbeing Clinic, 418 Burton Road, Derby, DE23 6AJ.  There is free parking available at the clinic and it is only 5 minutes drive from Derby City centre. 

Things you’ll need prior to the appointment

• After you’ve contacted us, we will send you a link to our secure health system, Carebit.co, so that you can register your details securely.  We will then send our ADHD pre-assessment questionnaires for you to complete.  You can also upload any relevant documents you have to our system securely (taking a photograph of letters and uploading that is easy). 
• Please book an appointment using our online booking system at a date suitable for you.
• A GP referral is not required.  Dr Skelton does advise that you approach your GP early if you are thinking that you would like to later access shared care, as if shared care is not entered into, you would be liable for ongoing private costs.  Dr Skelton is an experienced consultant psychiatrist who is keen to work with GPs to help people with ADHD and has provided CPD education on ADHD for GP colleagues; however it is at the GP’s discretion whether they are happy to share care.
